1:产品应用范围对比Comparison of product range
市场上需要加热的除油粉分为两种;一种是适用于铜材,另一种适用于铁基材料两者不可混于一起适用。如果混用无论是阴极脱脂还是阳极脱脂极易造成对应金属离子吸附在镀件基材上而造成密着性不良。市场上需要加热的除油粉不可作为热脱除油及滚镀,挂镀适用。
Hp-102常温除油粉既适用于铜材也适用于铁基材料同时可作为冷热脱使用。应用范围比较广,不但连续电镀可以使用,滚镀,挂镀都可以有最佳效果使用。
There are 2 kinds of heating oil removing powder at the market, one is apply to copper product,
the other is apply to iron product, they can’t be mixed. If they are mixed then whether cathodic degreasing or anode degreasing the metal ion will be adsorbed on artifacts, it can be caused tightness bad. At the market the heating oil removing powder can’t be apply to barrel plating and rack plating.
Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder is apply to the copper product and iron product, also the barrel plating and rack plating can be used.

Hp-102常温除油粉的组分基本是新材料,其生产理念跨越传统思维模式。组分中的表面活性剂是竑鎏公司自行研发生产具有较强的脱脂能力(无毒、无味)。除油效率是市场上加热的除油粉一倍以上。

3:待缸时间应用对比Usage time contrast
由于Hp-102常温除油粉的组分是新材料,其待缸时间是市场上需要加热的除油粉一倍以上。市场上需要加热的除油粉正常待缸时间(24小时不间断生产)为一周,最多达到二周,Hp-102常温除油粉最低待缸时间(24小时不间断生产)为二周,正常待缸时间为四周以上。Hp-102常温除油粉待缸时间比市场上需要加热的除油粉待缸时间多出二周以上。
Owing to the Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder is new material, the using time is more double than heating oil removing powder at the market. The heating oil removing powder normal using time is one week(working 24 hours) ,it’s limit is two weeks. Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder’s lowest using time is two weeks(working 24 hours),it can be more than four weeks.

市场上需要加热的除油粉
a: 使用温度最低在55℃与槽外产生温差就形成碱气而污染生产车间环境---- 呛人的气体使人
喘不过气,从而影响员工身体健康。
b: 由于温差形成碱气在机架、地面及其他设备而凝结产生白色或乳黄色碱垢,不但;影响环境清洁还腐蚀设备。在地面凝结还会造成人员滑到而摔伤,从而造成工业伤害。
c: 除油粉的碱性含量较强在在55℃的温度极易灼伤操作人员的手。
Hp-102常温除油粉不会产生温差就没有碱气,所以;Hp-102常温除油粉不会产生a、b及c的现象。
Heating oil removing powder at the market
a: The minimum working temperature is 55℃,it formed the temperature difference with outside then the alkaline gas contaminated workshop environment. The alkaline gas is chocking and made the worker breathing hard, so it affect health.
b: The alkaline gas condenses to white or cream-like color alkali scale on frame/ground and machine. The alkali scale not only affect environment clear but also corrode equipment. The condensate may be make worker slip cause their safety.
c: It contact high alkalinity and the temperature is 55℃ so the operator’s hands easy be scald.
There is no alkaline gas because no temperature difference if use Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder. So above the a/b/c will not happen.
7:稳泡能力测试Stable foam test
市场上需要加热的除油粉使用的表面活性剂都是商售的泡沫活性极强的商品,他们为了稳住泡沫使用大量含硅的消泡剂,大量含硅的消泡剂使用严重影响除油效果和镀件亲水能力及槽液使用周期。
Hp-102常温除油粉的表活部分是我们公司自行生产的产品,所以;我们的产品不使用含硅的消泡剂。我们的产品在使用过程中不会产生泡沫,稳泡能力极强。属于离开电子核即破泡型态。
The heating oil removing powder at the market contact the surface active agent that has strong foaming property. The manufacturer add the defoamer(has silicon) for except the foam. The defoamer affect oil removing effect and hydrophilicity serious and using cycle.
The surface active agent of Hp-102 normal temperature oil removing powder is made by our company, it has no silicon in it. There is no foam at using. The surface active agent is a kind of foam rupture when leave electron nucleus.
